Domestic Shipping

Price of return shipping is included in the cost of your order. It is the customers responsibility for postage to send in your sneakers for customization or service.

International Shipping

Please inquire by submitting a contact form in order to discuss possibility and costs of international shipping. Website is currently able to ship within the United States and Canada.

What is the turnaround time?

Depending on the complexity of the custom, along with how many orders are already in queue. Turnaround time is an estimated currently up to 20 weeks depending on the complexity of your custom and quantity order.. John works solely by himself to create your custom. Based on current orders and product availability. Subject to change.

*** Please be aware that the estimated turnaround time does not include events, workshops, shows.

How It Works

IF you are sending in your sneaker. Place your order and make sure to include the sneaker size you will be sending in, in the note section during checkout.
If your order includes the sneaker, we will order the sneaker immediately upon purchase of your custom.
Select your shipping option for your order.
- Pick Up/In Person - for those local to Utah and can pick up.
- Shipping - if you need your order to be shipped out to you upon completion.
Print your order confirmation and place inside your box! and ship!
